Rapid, Customized Executive Assessment Package

Our most popular new service package is a rapid, customized approach to assessing the developmental needs of your management team in both technical/business and leadership/management areas. We have found that self-awareness is critical to efforts of building executive communities.

Our approach is unique in that we assess managers not by looking at isolated traits, skills and interests, but by analyzing the dynamic interplay between the manager and his or her work community and organizational setting. We regard our work in executive assessment as a first step in assisting client organizations with the task of building executive community.

Our assessment includes both face-to-face interviews and one-on-one feedback reports that permit each manager to:

a) (short-term) make immediate, positive adjustments to their management skills and style, team contributions and achievement of their short-term business goals through concrete and specific recommendations that emerge from the assessment and

b) (long-term) to have a clear long-term “road map” for specific ways of improving their overall management skills, collaborative methods and leadership capabilities. This road map may include recommendations for management behavior changes, different approaches to team-building and performance management, improved contributions to your firm's leadership team, coaching, mentoring, further management studies in specific areas and directed independent reading.
