Starting the Process

During our free initial consultation, we discuss the key leadership competencies you want to have assessed, as well as the reasons why you are interested in having external coaching for your managers. Please also read about our unique executive assessment process. Assessment and Coaching of Whole Teams We are equipped to handle assessments of whole management teams within a short time-frame. We consider our approach ideal for newly-forming teams as well as start-up companies that are putting together their first executive team. By using a common template and common set of competencies, we can quickly identify both hidden potentials and likely challenges for these teams. Furthermore, our work allows the team members to get to know each other better as we use the Executive Community approach in both our assessment feedback processes and in our individual executive coaching.
